No guys, its not hardware and its not that KR lags.
Its I suffer lag/delay, latency issues @ KR server.
Example: Takes about 4 seconds + countless amount of clicks for me to release 1 Fang/Funnel/Dragoon and 5-7 Seconds for me to initiate Special (from the time I clicked to use it)

On the side note, got sick of Wasabii's error report copy pasting same answer 4 times in a row. Imma find a combo breaker for this...
