Help with point card!

Well I bought myself a point card for the first time but I forgot all the full member stuff and I can't get the points in.
Can anyone help me with this?

I am having a problem too. Can anyone assist me? I'm trying to buy m points from offgamers for my HK account but HK isn't anywhere to find.

Please verify that you bought a Wasabii (TW) Point Card, as I don't believe Nek0 does HK transactions.
