HK doesn't ban anyone besides people in regions that have their own SDGO server (though I'm not sure about the SEA countries for this) and stupid people who hack.

i start playing tw server today. i want to know if im able to speak english in public or to those players? because in kr speaking english to public or players have a chance banning your account right?
