does anyone have problem that you can play alone but when you try to join people room the sdgo freezes and it does nothing and can only end task, i tried making my own room and and let people join but all of them says loading but they were moving around freely. I tried redownloading and reinstalling sdgo 3 times already and the customer support were completely useless.

Everytime I see this page after I logged in KR account. What does it mean? Is it asking me to change password or email address? What should I enter and what does that checkbox mean? Thanks!
