that's the basic.. most ppl max magma explosion but it's not necessarily required
then u can max wutever else u want or not max doesn't really matter since cd usually comes back pretty fast
Lunar got it nailed. Adding on to Lunar's build, add 1 to Concentrated Shot because it's mandatory for new Ryans anyway and it's useful for killing 0 HP runners. Max Magma explosion because the dmg is decent, and max the dmg increase passive for higher >>AS dmg.
Just for an alternate build: I left imperial and the first skill of the third tab at level 1 so that I could max magma and that unbelievably long range gun/explosion skill (I think it's called "Impact"?).
