Does Rusty Hearts have a good pvp system?
Do many play it?
Whats Maximum level you can be?
Any Additational Information would be helpful.

I can answer one question: fairly certain the current level cap is 45.

I suggest you find a class you enjoy and stick with it, I started playing in like October/November and the cap has raised 10 levels since then (again, fairly certain it was 35 then).

Ok, since I do play the game as well, I'll be able to answer these questions o.o

-RH's PVP system is quite well organized, with different sections regarding your PvP level, different versions of pvp (solo survival, tag team...)...
-I do see a lot of ppl PvPing, above all when they're bored and/or they need to do a quest (2 quests required pvp matches/wins).
-RH's max level cap right now is 45. It'll increase hopefully soon however.
