Default Where is Lobster King?
In CB Phase 1, in Lower Plant, the Lobster King could be found when your looking for Gerald's Soldiers to complet some story quest. But it can't be found anymore in Phase 2, only the 2 Elite Hakens. Am I right?

Need help to fill the Lower Plant page on RH Wiki.
