Pretty sure it's supposed to be a chinese dress, but it looks more like a naked apron to me...

Pretty sure I read somewhere that's she's only 12 in the story. Considering that this is Korean work, I wouldn't put it past them. They love boobs. Look at every female character not Dacy in Lunia. Look at Rena in Elsword.

Apparently she's just a new skin for Tude, not a new character.

No, she's a new and separate character purchasable from the cash shop, but she has the exact same equips and moves as Tude. Uppercut, Dempsey Roll, Savage Charge, and Power Stomp are all there as you can see from the trailer. Meilin just puts a kung-fu spin to Gauntlet Tude's boxing style.

There may be more differences in her higher level skills, but we'll have to wait and see.

The fighting style looked different from Tude that's the only reason I wanted to see what it was like.
