Time makes everything alright.
Protests always start when some change is made, be it increased housing fees, increased tuition, or increased class sizes and decreased number of classes, or even increased restrictions on cycling. But in the end, after a number of months, or maybe a year, almost all, whether they've stopped caring or not, will have stopped acting on what was an outrage not too long ago. Life goes on as usual.
