The first two things, I don't think you should have expected them to give those to you.

However lag, yeah, the servers need improvement.

I don't see why OGPlanet can't restore characters a month old, either to seeing why they can't just restore a freakin name =_=

IMHO, They can't simply make exceptions for the things you did. If they did... /delete all characters..

Rinse and repeat. Besides, if they do this, then they will have to allow this to every other person who have decided to bring back their characters after deleting them.

P.S. Btw, weren't YOU the one who decided to delete your characters? Not as if it was accidental, you typed "Delete" to confirm it. -_-
