1. I applies for govt loan via university. It phails. I ask why. They said "I don't know?"
2. I re-applies through net because they ask me to do it that way. So I did. Then I waited a lot. Then they tell me their online system breaks down. So I applies manually again. Then they tells me phail. Many months already, so I was really pissed.
3. I asked why. They said my course HAD NO GOVERNMENT ACCREDITATION. Wtf!? So I fires the loan manager at my uni. They tell me they are going to get the accreditation, and ask me to tries again, sorry very much.
4. I resubmitted my form for the third time last month. They assured me it was fine, they went through my form. Everything was OK! I double and triple checked the form with the man in charge.

Today, in the mail...

"We're sorry, we could not process your form because it is incomplete."

Present Time: I met up with the guy in charge. What did he tell me?

"Your form was incomplete because it didn't have your exam transcripts (sem1 and sem2) your university had to provide us with."
