On the topic of medication, I have hashimoto's thyroiditis, or just hypothyroidism. My antibodies get a kick out of kicking my thyroids butt on a daily basis. Since then I've gained 25 pounds despite the fact that in eating better. Why? Because lethargy and slowed metabolism is what happens when your thyroid is doing shit.

There's no cure. Just taking thyroid hormones daily. Thyroid hormone is a natural drug if you will, but still meds. No amount of eating healthy and exercising will help me with my 40-year-old equivalent metabolism. It also has various other impacts on my life but I dont want to list to 20+ symptoms it shows. It's also thought be genetic, which comes back to allergies. Both my boyfriend and his dad have the more or less same allergies.

I might've gone off topic a bit but for me, genetically inherited traits and the fact things do exist that being the healthiest person ever won't fix.

My friends have struggled with allergy. They tried your 'eat healthy' method, and just about everything else under the galaxy under the supervision of actual doctors. Sometimes medication is the only way you can deal with it. No, it will not 'kill' you to take meds. They're alive, one of them has a MD and she's taking her meds to deal with allergy. I'm pretty sure she will not kill herself on purpose after studying her own predicament for 9 years.

By the way, thanks for calling me stupid. That really helps you give a convincing argument.

Well you read my mind..thank you

Lactose intolerance on the other hand...

(also I hope you're not allergic to grass)
They say the larger your body mass is, the easier it is to take lactose.
In combination with, those with European background tend to have lactose intolerance less often.

Background wise.
Its worse in the more southern parts of South America, Southern Africa, and Eastern Asia.
Basically the farther from the Europe you are, the worse it is.

Going by current date.
For some reason, it's worse in Canada than within the United states.

Eh. There's only one good thing about it to me. At least I don't have to shovel a mountain of snow lying in my yard.

Though my allergies are so bad, they make me want to move to Antarctica until summer ends.
