Possibility of honor on these forums?

When i say honor i mean, How some people have premium subscriber or operation teams, How likely is it for someone who just started to get into this forum business to receive such an honor? I'm sure it's not impossible, But it shouldn't be so hard to achieve?

Operation Team members are staff members. Staff applications haven't been opened since 2008 or 2009 when the site was still young.

Premium Subscribers pay a small amount of money for a background for their posts for a short period of time (then they pay again).

As a side note: the part where you put the postbit says "MMOG" instead of "gg," in case any staff member comes across this thread.

You can get a rectuangular box from the contribitor program. This involves writing guides and reviews for the various games on the site. It is lots of work so anyone who does this gets some recognition.

Operations team, as well as many of the other staff positions, only become available periodically. Operations team itself becomes available the least frequently, because that team is the one that gets access to a number of features located in the admin panel; things which could be detrimental if handled incorrectly. However, the other staff teams tend to open up every now and then.
