Omgggg Light I'm about to die from Newegg's customer service...
So I ordered all the parts today and the only one out of stock was the Samsung SSD, so I ordered it through another company that was on newegg.com. I asked on the live chat before I ordered it if I could cancel it should newegg.com get it back in stock later today or tomorrow. The woman I talked to said yes, that wouldn't be a problem.
So I go online about an hour ago and see that newegg now has the SSD back in stock, so I attempt to cancel my order from earlier so I could get faster shipping on it. NOPE. If you want to cancel this item it will take 1-3 business days to be reflected on your bank account.....I had already ordered the newegg.com one because I supposedly should have been able to cancel the earlier one, but for whatever dumbass reason they want you to wait days before it will cancel. So it took me another hour just to communicate that I wanted to KEEP the first SSD order and cancel the newegg SSD order.
And the thing that made me want to slap someone is the emails:
pls DO NOT cancel order#
Could you plz cancel the order? It is no longer needed. Thank you
