Do i need Earthquake Blade?

if i already have Inferno Blade (Fire Attr. Sword)??

i am really short on tm points and wondering 'when' or 'if' i should get it...
and i dont want to add Soil Attr. into my equips.

imo, it's the best AoE On/Off skill for any buff cause it's range is much large than inferno blade and the damage should do enough to kill most enemies in one hit even without comping your equips to soil (of course it also depends on your stats and enemy resist)

but if u don't have enough TM points to get it to lvl 10 at once, then don't just save up first and master Piercing Wave so u can use Chi Sword at TM170
