Powers and Debuffs!

People overlook debuffs sometimes. Meanwhile, if you used them properly, when you DA smash a fox and it goes into the negatives, damage is severely hampered, WITH a chance the fox might debuff you.

Debuffs are based completely on your primary attack stat, and nothing else. For Foxes, and lions, it's DA. For Powers, it's AP. For magics, it's MA. If you see my pattern, you should know that Charms have HV as their Debuff state.

Moving on, powers have the ability to severely hamper any sense class, and some charms with low AC. AC is the foundation of almost all base attack accuracies. Without AC, a lion's damage is reduced to a tiny 100 damage stubble. A fox, cat and raccoon cannot touch you. A maximized shockvibe, with only 1512 AP, does 97 AC worth of a reduction. A lion must rely on his/her gun AP, and the cat and raccoon must rely on strides of luck.

I did not state fox in the above paragraph, merely because there is another debuff that destroys their attack pattern. Sense breaker, assuming the power has the same AP, the debuff will lower the DA of a fox by 48. Double that AP. This amount doubles instantaneously. A fox will not be able to do any damage to you whatsoever.

What about those lions with Fist, or those pesky magic types? Don't worry, you have Luck breaker! Luck breaker lowers the luck of a person by a very sizable amount, about the same decrease with Sense Breaker. This affects the Accuracy of non melee skills (gun and magics). This also affects their rust effect, which decreases AP like god, as it does not land as much.

Debuffs also play a part in other classes debuffs. For instance, if a power were to decrease a fox's DA, and bring it to the negatives, it would result in their debuffs, in turn, adding instead of subtracting. A fox with maxed sticky foot and -46 DA (with sense breaker), it would ADD 23 DA.

Now, if a rusted bunny had... -601 AP, it would add 19 DA, LK, and still debuff 23 AC. This is a major decrease, so if you used Debuffs wisely, you would be able to help your team mates fight.

Debuffs decrease stats as the stat used in the formula goes higher. Stick a negative in the formula and it would make the decreased stat go negative (which it already is since its subtracting so it would be positive) in others words:
Example~ not exactly true formulas etc~

5 da + sticky Icky = 10 HV lowered
0 da + sticky Icky = 0 HV lowered
-1 da + sticky Icky = 2 HV Raised (Since the opposite of lowered is highered?)

Sticky Foot lowers HV, not DA.
