Default Bunny or Buffalo ? Skills or Attr ?

Well my cousin got a bunny with a HAX gold sword with soil attr , and he just get suport skills such as bulls eye because he says that he can hit more with a normal soil attr atack than with the skills , i would like to now if its true , and if its the best way , or its better to get HAX ap itens without Attr and use skills.

Other thing i would like to know is what is better buffalo or bunny? because if this thing of the soil attr is true than theres no mean in doing a buffalo because bunnyes get guard in 2nd job and in 3rd they get adrenaline , so it will just be very ROX .

third thing, if i make a bunny and get a vamp sword , should i comp with dark attr to hit normally or put something else?

Last thing , does the soil/dark Attr changes the power of skills? or just the power of normal hits?

Answer fast plz , waiting for replies.
