You can get one by breeding a Manaphy with a Ditto.

If anyone wants, I can basically get them any pokemon they want from Emerald, Horray for Dupe Glitch
Has All 3 Starters, Latios only, not Latias, Just ask really on w/e and I'll say If I have it, way too much to list, Oh and the Latios is already EV Trained as another small notice

Kinda looking for well, All Johto/Kanto Starters and... Mew/Mewtwo/Entei/Suicune/Raikou
And thats about it, I could care less if their hacked or not, but preferable not hacked like, all 31 IV's, just random numbers =x

Anyway I got lucky and traded a Milotic for a Japanese Manaphy.

I can whip one up on my rom for you if you want it completely tailor made(gender, nature, ball, item etc) while still keeping it legit.

Alright, I'll just name it Swift then, Your call on level 100 or Level 50, Both are basically the same, some just have preference over the 50 for some reason, oh the level 50 has luster purge, but the 100 has a blank move slot as well, not like it'll affect it that much, but yeah, just try to contact me and I'll get it done =x

/small suggestion, One trade Thread, and One For Trade thread, the For trade just has 1 post per person and what they have up/seeking and they just edit when something new is up or not, would make it easier, I think <_<

HappyGilmore the level 1 male Bulbasaur with 30 in each IV, first four attacks, and serious nature is still on my alt cartridge if you want it, it comes with a free Master Ball and can be in any ball you wish. I can change anything on it to meet any other specifications that you want. I'll take anything for it so you don't need to worry about giving me something equal in return.
