They probably will also have Pal Park to transfer pokemons over from the GBA versions and also the underground to dig stuff.

I hope Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza can be obtained without any external requirements in the game though. But I don't care if the Regis are.

Just wanted to tear the red-haired rival with this uber pokemons for the heck alongside with Dialga and Palkia which will be traded over from DPPt.

I don't think there will be a Pal Park, since you'll be able to trade to Gold/Silver to begin with. Underground is a possibility as well, but I don't think so either.

The rival was a boy!? I always named him a girl's name cause i didn't read any of the story back then. I guess i relly should go back and findout about the story in that gen. Also, i can't wait to have a cyndaquil/chickarita(sp?)follow me around. I hope the evolutions will still follow, otherwhise this would be the first time in pokemon history i didn't evolve a starter pokemon. (aside from yellow, but i don't count that as evolving pikachu was so tedious and i thought it to be impossible for the first year.)

Perhaps you don't understand.
When you have the government paying for the rent and the other bills under your paycheck. Having 5$ a month for doing well in school is a privilege.

So having 100$ back then was a LOT of money.

A DS for 110$ at this age is more reasonable, since I'm no longer under the effects of poverty. But I'd rather borrow my sisters. (which she got for her birthday yesterday)
