Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver

GSC was most near everyone's favorite. Sure I got Ruby and Sapphire and Platinum and they are nice and all but just don't stick with me. I had played Fire Red much longer because of the memories and it was a remake of a classic. I will feel the same about this remake of HG/SS, though not the same nostalgia feeling, there are still the memories and the first two generations were the best.

Though... GSC did seem rather short even though it had Johto and Kanto, the areas were rather empty and there was very little preventing you from the next gym. I am hopeful that they add more events and story in between gyms and more to do before you can go to the next gym. Obviously for the maps to be better as well. Just that was long ago and I am sure the gameboy color cartridge could not hold that much memory and they sort of rushed it at the end. But this time, with this day and age, they SHOULD add more story and events and things to do. I know they will update with how pokemon games are now with berries and their stats and moves. And I am pretty sure they are gonna try to keep it wi-fi compatible with DPPt.

Are there gonna be new moves? New pokemon evolutions of older pokemon? Who knows? We will just have to wait until more information shows up about all this. They better not disappoint. Though I know there are alot of you out there who don't like Nintendo for doing this or that, but think about it, with everyone getting ROMs of their new games they lose out on money so this only tries to level it out. So blame yourselves?

As mentioned in IRC, you can't really mess up a remake. However, the original musical score in GSC was freaking awesome. If they messed that up, it would be a failure of a remake.

New moves and evolutions (as in new Pokemon) never happen in the same generation. Otherwise it would really messed up the balance and all that stuff.

The only thing that depresses me about this is the fact this little green-cheeked conure we were watching for my cousin died like.. the day I got Gold/Silver. I loved that damn bird ;-; Cousin was gonna give it to me after Christmas too Dx And the fact its death was partly my fault, so Gold/Silver remakes is wonderful news to me, but theres also a bit of depression and guilt attached to that too >_>

But appearlty Leon and Luna was right on this one, since nintendo gave out hints that Gold and Sliver was going to be a remake. Well, they remade Red and Blue, and just due to how immensely popular Gold and Silver were also, it was only a matter of time before they remade those as well. And Im certain they knew fans wanted a remake of those games. Hard to believe its been 10 years .__. Geez.. >.> I was 10. Lol!

1. I meant they're not going to make a remake for the DS.

2. A little known fact that If they made Gold and Silver remake that will make the Production for Diamond and Pearl to be delay. And I think Nintendo doesn't want angry fans letters to them.
