for singaporeans, For singnet players, those who used IE, press tools, internet options, connections, LAN settings, check box : use a proxy, bypass proxy, enter : proxy.singnet.com.sg port:8080 , save it and re enter to the site. for other players u all should just contact your own ISP specialist to ask them how to get in the site. follow those and u can top up/sign up/enter webby.
