Based on a single "alternate" account we discovered that was related to the original wave of "unmailable item" bans, we were able to identify 764 Unique Accounts associated that participated in mail abuse by sending and/or receiving items that are unmailable. This is a threat to the integrity of our game and the health of our community. As such, it will be aggressively pursued by our staff.
While no account that was actioned in this matter is truly innocent based on the evidenciary requirements prior to applying action for this issue, affected accountholders should submit a request to 1:1 support to request further information for appeals.
