Injust ban from GM_Takeda (Pangya)

Hi everyone.
1st of all i just tell, i did not found a forum of pangya in gg FTW, so i will post this message here.

Some days ago, my bro alamic, got banned for the reazon of "hacking", but he never used hacks in any game or was violated any TOS. (also he got banned in the website too, so he cant send 1:1 report).

He, did contacted to the staff by email, buy they did not got any answer.

The next day, he was loged-in in other account and he asked to GM_Takeda if they will answer to his email.

Takeda has answered: "Please send again a mail explaining your issue of the account banned"

Then my bro was asked the mail of Daniel Noss (Game Operations Manager of Ntreev), for talk about this issue.

And one moment after, the account got banned too.

The TOS says: "You cant ask for personal information to any user or staff member".

Then he told me, and i did log-in with my account, then i asked to GM_Takeda the reazon of the ban of my bro....

And without answer he banned my account too (WITHOUT ANY REAZON FOR BAN ME).

I think, this is a great abuse from that GM. and tried log-in in the website and my account got banned too. (so i cant report the issue by 1:1 support)

Then i sent a email to IOVATION (the company that checks the reputation and frauds of some Company Games). and i'm still waiting answer from them.

What do u think about this ban? is just/ injust/ or does not have any sense?

Yes, my friend got banned too a while ago and she is a pangya veteran since season 2 (for like 3 years?). She is not that even that super good like other semi-pros and doesn't have a high record stats on her profile. I wanted to make a thread on the pangya forum but the moderators would just post "This will not help you fix your Blahblah... Send a message to 1:1 helpdesk *thread closed*"(<- My reason why I'm avoiding their forum). Anyway, that's our "NtreevUSA team". It is funny that they couldn't get rid those hackers and ban the innocent ones. :s

BTW, Did alamic got an "error 7767" message when he was attempting to login?

Yes, he got it, and my main account, and my other 2 accounts too...

T.T i'm very very angry/sad, because i lost the most famous IGN, "Pangya" >.<

I think, the GMs just make rules for save his own ass...

But that's in the rules though.. You're not supposed to ask about other peoples ban, that's something they have to do on their own. If it was shortly after the servers came up from maint yesterday I can see why you were also banned. Pretty sure you were spamming the same question over and over again about an account that's not yours.

If that wasn't you but somebody else I think I need better glasses.

In the end we're not support, you'll both have to do what Greeny said up there. 1:1 support it and wait, or in the case of 7767, follow the email instructions.

Okay, my friend told me she was banned because of billing issues. It will be fixed anytime soon.

Billing issue as in when you buy points and have entered the wrong billing address?

It could be a variety of things. Wrong billing address, fraud, chargebacks, etc.

Yeah Ntreev banned me, only forum ban at 1st because i made a post about some ingame dress up event(i think), which meant only those that bought the self design sets could take part, i basically said that they shouldnt be running events that require people to pay to take part, anyways my post was deleted, i received no warnings, then i posted in another thread about scratch card rares, all i was doing was pointing out that since people are able to win duplicates then they should be tradeable otherwise it just looks like you(NtreevUsa) are using the players as a cash cow.

Safe to say that post got deleted also, in the end they forum banned me, i used my 2nd account to post that i had been forum banned for posting an opinion that they didnt agree with, and this is what got me ip banned, when i emailed asking for a specific reason for the ban i was sent 1 of those auto replies that my account was high risk... so yeah i post something they dont like and im high risk, yet the 1000's of brasilian skript kids aint high risk.

High risk and vocal about it is what got you IP banned probably, which does make very little to no sense, considering how much more of a risk factor hackers/cheaters are. What a strange world.

Actually, I didn't ask her some specific infos. I still remember it has something to down with her credit/debit card. Though, she already solved the issue. She is just waiting for Ntreev to unbanned her.

Shame they wont reply to my emails at all, wouldnt mind my account back even if Ntreev's server sucks at the moment.

As of yesterday, our friend wasn't unbanned. =[

Hopefully, they resolve it soon.
