Default Leaving during Tournaments?

Yeah, my onslaught of questions strikes again.

I noticed this big window before me that said I will lose "credibility" or whatever for leaving in the middle of a tournament, which causes your gender icon to gray out eventually. I've been anal about this and never wanted to quit one, but I gone and found myself stuck in this scenario. Is this some sort of trap or is there a way to get these points back?

Is it as simple as playing a complete game? I wish the instructions were more clear on this.

There is a way. Occasionally (meaning I've only seen it once), Ntreev will have a quit rate event. However. Once you reach beginner, you can buy Tiki Report Scrolls for 300 pang each, which allow you to leave a tournament without any penalty.

Oh. Also, to reduce your quit rate, just play games like normal, and complete them to the fullest.

Well if you aren't a regular quitter you won't ever really go over 8% I think it was. Because after your Quit rate passes 8%, every game you play after lowers your quit number by 1 quit until your quit rate goes to or below 8%. Then if you go over 8% again, the same thing happens again.
