First thing to come to mind is Dungeon Fighter Online as a 2.5D brawler/beat 'em up. If I had to make the comparison, it's akin to Grand Chase with up/down movement for gameplay.
Game's been getting better recently. Nexon's stepping up on updating it, mainly one decent-sized a month (we're getting a HUGE update this week), so content is streaming out pretty smoothly.
PvP is rather unbalanced because NeoPle can't seem to correctly pick between PvE and PvP. You'll get classes that you can just faceroll your keyboard or mash a button and win, then you have classes that need that 10000% effort just to do anything.
Fatigue system may be annoying, as you can't play all day with it, but later, it becomes a chore to want to clear it.
