Solomon Kane is a fictional character created by the pulp-era writer Robert E. Howard. A 17th century Puritan, Solomon Kane is a somber-looking man who wanders the world with no apparent goal other than to vanquish evil in all its forms. His adventures, published mostly in the pulp magazine Weird Tales, often take him from Europe to the jungles of Africa and back.

Similar to characters such as Van Helsing and The Jerusalem Man/Jon Shannow. Slightly surprised that I completely forgot about this being made.

I've seen the trailer a few times, and we talked about it in my Film class, but I wasn't sure whether I wanted to see it or not. It reminds me of a few other films so much to the point I think I've seen it before. But it will be interesting to watch and see, hopefully it will come to our cinema.

Aye. And since I can't directly link to the audio books of Solomon Kane due to them being on a certain website. Anyone interested in getting them can find them on TPB, sadly they are mixed in with others and I lost my torrent file that had just the Solomon Kane ones. I saw the movie. It was cool in the beginning, but the ending was just so lame. Bits and pieces of the movie didn't make any sense at all during the fighting scenes with his gun and sword(s).
