Imo, go for those semi oldies. New songs kinda sucks. And if you can apprecieate those 80s songs, even better. Lol.

One of my fav.It's actually meaningful and audible compared to the mumblings you hear from Jay Chou or stuff.

but srsly,the 'older' ones I grew up with is 张清芳.
Currently they're introducing more singers who create their own tunes and lyrics..meh. I'd only stick with voices I like,more then songs I like. XD

Well, the main problem with the current tunes is that the songs are mostly about love. For crying out loud, sing about something else.

And the other fact that I don't really appreciate hip-hop, raps, or the mindless mumblings they have to offer.
