its easy first remember the Avatar Picture have to be 160 by 160 pixels
or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).
you can resize your pictures in Paint

download the programm PhotoScape(its the programm i used to work on my pics)
start it use Combine(thats how you can put a few pictures together)
