I'm thinking I just had a salesman that was just telling me everything the company does not do. I was told there was no contract, but there is. First modem I got was no good, and eventually my $29.99 "forever" deal was taken up to $45. But the rates did go down when ClearWire became Clear. Ohh, and at first I was never informed my monthly bill would automatically be taken out of my bank account. Thanks to that it resulted in a bank overdraft issue at the time.
One thing I can't complain about though was Customer Service. They were actually nice and willing to help.
And damn you for being a yummy fruit. Now I'm hungry. e.e
