I haven't played a Rayman game in ages (the last time I did, I had a Pentium II), but I have heard complaints from loyal fans about how there hasn't been a real Rayman game out in ages. Instead, the fans got Rayman Raving Rabbids: TV Party. After playing through it, where's the problem? Before the days of grind before you waffle and pass out, I had two games that would basically kill my weekend without mercy. Civilization and X-Com. I owned a few Contra games. Most notably, Contra: Hard Corps for the Genesis. It's one rare instance where the American release is harder than the Japanese one. You died in one hit instead of two, and all the cheats were disabled (yes, even the Konami code). It's one of the most cruel and unforgiving games I've ever played, and dying at certain points made the game so hard and unbearable I was almost certain to never make the same dumb mistake ever again. Was an Atari 2600. I can remember having this back when I was 6, and just hooking the thing up and keeping it hooked up was a pain.
