most recent nerf was on hui chao, the quest reset npc. A player can only reset a quest once per day now, as opposed to being able to reset more than once a day before the patch. Main complaint is that it severely hinders one of the best ways to level up new mercs (a hired merc starts at level 1) but I doubt I'd want to run the same quest more than twice in the same day.
There's still a good amount of stuff to do on AO and it's fun in moderation. The forum community is primarily just negative because ndoors nerfs stuff fairly often (mainly drop rates) and some of the community played before most of the nerfs came. The complaints are understandable, but reading the forum makes it sound like the game is nearly unplayable.
Mainly been playing TBS on AO, it's pretty difficult but not impossible. People on the official AO forums are complaining about the difficulty though, but the official AO forums can make some one jaded without even touching the game x.x
that's understandable, playing trickster or even just logging into trickster was pretty unbearable on my lap top, usually had to log on to get dc'ed, restart the laptop, log in+dc again, then finally get a successful log in attempt to have the thing shut off 10 to 20 minutes later XD
seems like the best thing to do, was thinking of logging on my priest or dark lord to maybe talk with guildies a bit or work on the pop event XD
other comp is too ancient to run trickster, best it could probably do is diablo 2, so no trickster for me at the moment, but as I said, there's atlantica despite the patch bringing quite a few of the typical nerfs along with the new battle system.
just tried getting on trickster a bit ago, and found out about the dep issue a lot of people are having x.x.
Not really in a rush to endanger this computer though thanks to how costly it was, so just going to wait it out. Atlantica had a big patch with the tbs system so I've got plenty to keep me busy; however, atlantica has a bug that is causing the text to be roughly the size of fine print o.o
