Check your posture and get off ur ass and do some stretches/exercise every now and then to relieve tension from your muscle.
At least I don't think you have spinal compression (hahahaha)...
Ooooh xDD Ah I might do that and start doing some stretches again....It got a little better for a while when I had like a stretching routing in the morning LOL. Its more higher...I think :v
LOL I is stalking everyone's profile...just really bored aye and really lazy to study on a sunny day! Mmm if its just stress, then probably pays for you to get off ur butt every now and then and do some stretches :O ...could just be muscle problem. Is it your lower back?
