Yeah, Comcast. I've actually never hard a problem this bad for this long before. It's complicated by being a problem that's hard to prove to the tech support drones exist. (ping and traceroutes look fine.) But it's very real, even web browsing is nearly impossible most of the time.

Comcast right? I've had their service for awhile when I was with my parents, it can get pretty unreliable at some crucial moments. Wonder what the problem is though, from personal experience I've never had problems lasting weeks with them.
