I think I'm just gonna wait and see how MS2 turns out, no other mmo seems to catch my attention, seems like most of them are dying. This forum seems to be going along with it as well, kind of crazy. Might end up picking up MS1 in the mean time just for the heck of it but I duno. I was hoping to play Lunia again but sadly it closed down right when I wanted to play again lol... how cruel.
Yeah I guess so meh, question for you. I have a social group invitation on my notifications that I can't get rid of no matter what. I've tried joining it but it doesn't go away, the OCD in me is getting frustrated with it, know how I can get rid of it?
It depends on how you wish to play. If you want to take the grind your own way, you'll play similar to how it used to be.
However if you're going for the fastest possible route, then you're going to reach level 200 without touching most of the game.
As I had mentioned to someone else who wondered how maple is; The difficulty of the game is totally dropped aside from bosses, due to the many methods to increase stats beyond the threshold of what normal mobs can handle.
In that sense the game will never be as grind heavy or spam heavy as it used to be. Most things die in just a couple hits or instantly, instead of 3~6 like I remember doing.
Yeah I noticed after doing a bit more research, I'm a bit sad that they turned the game this way. It seems like super easy mode and totally takes the adventuring aspect out of the game. It was fun spending time in the different parts of the game fighting all the different monsters, but as it is it seems like you can just fly through most of it making the game pointless.... at least for the first 140 levels perhaps? How are things for the later half?
