Oh, yeah, sorry didn't see that: Wireless is hated by online games: It adds an extra hop, basically making your connection jump through one more needless hoop to get where its going and adds delay, and wireless signals are way slower than electrical signals from a hard line. In my case, my using 4g is adding about 50 more ping than NY players on a hard line... and they're further from the server than i am. xD

Unlike america, our internet isn't nearly as well unified, with some regions capable of better connections than others, and some wide areas end up with few internet cables to fight over the service with.

Something a lot of people don't realize is that the World Wide Web, is literally a WEB. Big Cables spread underground through america, canada, germany, everywhere. The ones to places like japan are literally giant wires spanning out underneath the sea. By infrastructure, im basically saying Korea's got a thick, tightly made web... and america's just a long stretched-out flimsy one...

Hi there Kmel! Well, I don't think they intentionally made their country small for the sake of better internet system. Pretty sure they were like that before it all came out =3

Now the thing is about the amazing latency, depends on the country, South Korea is famous for MMOs because the goverment took huge interest in broadband internet, and installed a hax infrastructure, pretty much enabling the whole country to use broadband internet easily. Every Server + Player on a good connection is a good environment for online gaming.
