Well, I went from 1010010101 frames to 12, so it would stay within the limits.

As you can see on the one you posted, something's messed up with the frames. But if you decide on one of them, I can edit the colors and try to remove those lines/dots.

It has waaaaay too many frames. I need to cut away 90% but I'll try a few ways, hang on.

Can you turn this into 160x160 .GIF with 1px black borders that's small enough for ggFTW avatar size limits?

I just use ImageReady CS2 for everything.
