Well, on the topic of MP, you have to remember that you can use potions very effectively, even if you are constantly using hi-MP skills. Personally, I have never focused on MP, even though I use skills like Gravity and Scythe that use lots and lots of MP.

I PvM, MP has almost no effect, except for the occaisonal "brb repot." Running out of pots in gvg or pvp can be a drag, but its not like having 5k more MP will make a difference how fast you run out of pots.

Ad on the topic of MA / LK ratio, I don't know what you mean, maybe clarify it a bit more and I'll be happy to answer

Ehm well both is important D:?
if you like lvling + boss hunting (pvm) you need like ...
100+ LK for lvling and 200-300 LK (for spicy and queen)
MA just as hi as possible and HP above .. 10k ?

as for pvp/gvg
EHm ... nowadays dark lord just need to have neaar 350 - 400 LK
and 12-15k HP in gvg to survive or to be a good dark lord
as for MA 400-500 is enough since their skills is hax *.*

I mean ratio like MA:LK 3:1 = lvl 150 MA: lvl 50 LK(yes i know...my english is horible) and can i ask about max lvl in trickster? i cant find it

From the Stats section:
"The most powerful of Dragons and Sheeps are those who invest their 4 Bonus Stat Pionts into MA and MA only. Although other stats such as LK (discussed below), HP, MP and DP may seem useful, but consider that for every point you take away from MA, that's a lot of damage you can not do anymore. Remeber that your base MA will increase every other level as long as you invest every single stat point into it. I know that it is slow-progressing, but spending points in other stats makes it even slower!"

Personally, I think that going 3:1 MA/LK is barely worth the trouble, if you want more LK, remember that almost all magica-type equipment (and most other types too) can compound for LK. You will get the bulk of your LK and MA from your equips, so think abut what you want to comp, or get different items to compound differently, like haveing a MA cane and a LK staff.

Btw, the level cap in Trickster is lv 400, InnoSensei of Jewelia recently reached it (grats to him )

I am assuming Tm lv 400 as well, even though you could master every skill with less than 400 TM pts

FTW! This guide is awesome! It helped me alot!
My 1st char was lv 32 Buffalo ... it was so simple and not fun to play so I went mage:
My 2nd char was that lv 13 Dragon and I stoped playing it cause of that stupid thing when monster hits you you stop casting... so i started Lion
My 3rd char was that lv 15 Lion which was very fun but it got bored and I allways played warriors or/and mages at other games so shooting whit a rifle whit no fun skills and shielding and staves got boring....
So I went mage again and again that stupid thing of hit run, cast, hit run, cast... and I missed 30% and when I did hit it was 50 dam to a monkey as lv 13... O.o ftw Suddenly Only reading guides was only option and I crambled over tons of them and noone was so good as this one!
Its just awesome! you explain so much in details and picture... and now I know noobish thing that Invincible casting= w00t!!!
So you made my play my Dragon again!
In all games I allways pwned as Magician, DARK MAGICIAN!

Going... 3 MA 1 LK isn't bad... I'd actually suggest going half MA and half LK... Well, I don't know what server you're on, but good dark lords usually get 450+LK... But those are rareish to find. Should work on getting both MA and LK above 500... or 400 at the same time

This is a guide I wrote for more beginner types, as you can see from other posters, not for an advanced PvP player. If you are looking for a more PvP heavy guide, I would recommend Zerato's PvP Dark Lord Guide, he goes very in depth on LK vs MA builds.

Not to mention there's no point in fighting pvp unless you are 200+ or willing to get killed a lot. Also, you said "good" dark lords get 450+ LK, when "good" is really just your opinion :/ Maybe others like the more PvM heavy characters, maybe that's what is "good" for them.

And btw, with 1432, 450+ LK isn't hard to get once you have access to hi leveled myshop items.

what does Detect ability (DA)?

Does it raise youre chance to find rare items or something please help.

DA increases your chance of detecting an item. Supposedly, at 90 DA, you'll always get either an "Item is not here!" or "Item is here" alert, followed by messed up lines for the aforementioned, and a light-bulb for the later. Anything lower will get you either one of the two I mentioned, or nothing and you will continue to drill at a chance that there is nothing there.

its more than 90 DA, I made a DA set for my dragon and had well over 400 DA (it was leftover myshop, so uber stats) and there was no 100% chance of "Item is here" or "Nothing Found"
