Mabinogi Terminates Abnormally

Every time I log on to Mabinogi, my game "terminates abnormally" after about half an hour, it seems to happen mostly in Iria, though I have little doubt it would happen in Uladh too. My settings are turned down as low as possible to boost performance, but any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please help before I take a pickaxe to my monitor ;P

Settings have nothing to do with termination. The only things that would really affect that are the following:

• internet connection-are you on wireless connection?
• background programs-when you play mabinogi do you have other programs running? if so, what?
• virus-self explanatory

I don't have a wireless connection, the only programs I have running in the background are Internet Explorer and an AIM window, there was some trouble with a virus, that's when I started noticing the problem, but the termination persists even after I reformatted.

it only happens once or twice per game, then it seems to run okay

Alot of errors are graphic card related also, run dxdiag and tell me what graphic card you use.

I have an nVIDIA GeForce 6100 card, but it's never caused me any problems before, even when I was on dial-up. Of course that was before all the new patches and what not.

yeah, some of the new patches have been disagreeing with people's computers.

I reformatted again, and now it seems to be running fine, so maybe a bug got in and started messing with it. I left my elf standing idle in town while I went to watch Stay Alive (1 1/2 hours) when I came back my game was still running, no problem... except that I'd been killed by something o.O

I just noticed something, Mabi would run fine for a while right after windows updated, I could bring it up and leave it idle and it would stay that way all night, do you think having updates waiting to be installed might be messing with it, somehow?

Nevermind, I'm updated and it still kicks me off, and I'm sure as soon as I get a new video card, a NEW problem will come up, Mabinogi can go screw for all I care, it's just not worth it.
