As far as I know, without vending, your only real options are Dungeons and Part-Time Jobs. Since you're not getting a service, you definitely can't vend, since only Fantasy Life Club and Extra Storage offer that.
So, dungeons work. I'd recommend getting a Pet and training it. They can move faster than you, are stronger than you, and you'll eventually have a VERY formidable ally.
Train your pet by playing as it and taking it into the harder dungeons once all of its skills are at least Rank F. Any pet is fine, but for money-making purposes, the speediest pets and/or the pets with the largest inventories are best for this.
Every time you successfully complete the dungeon, you can hand the stuff over to your character, then send the pet back in. Because they're faster at clearing rooms, they can also reap gold, valuable equips and fomor scrolls much more quickly than you can.
Aside from that, once your pet's time is up, you should spend some time building up your part-time job rep. The more jobs you complete, the better jobs you can get. So, this is bonus exp and gold while you wait to properly fund your character. Then, once you're satisfied with your money and equips, you can go into the dungeons with your summoned pet and own everything.
You might also want to pick up a craft. Things including but not limited to Tailoring, Cooking or Blacksmithing can work for you, because they improve your stats (1) and they allow you to make things that are in demand (2). I know you cannot vend, but unless I'm mistaken, trading works for most equips and definitely works for gold.
