Getting Falcon mode is hard.

Who many people have gotten stuck on the 3 quest part after you get the title "explorer of rano"?
Have any of you passed it by sketching field bosses? Was it simpler than the other methods?

I haven't gotten past those quests either ;-;

I gave up on the sketches because i only found one field boss in a few hours and then I saw a message that said that a gold kiwi will appear in 13 days .____. I don't want to wait that long just to get one possibility of a sketch @_@

I'm planning on doing Maiz instead, but first I need to level...and to get people that would actually help me ._. *hinthint;;*

Maiz would probably make the most sense. Let's face it. All 3 options will take pretty long. Sketching field bosses would probably take forever. Beating a sandworm is almost near impossible.

Maiz would at least take a minimum of 7 runs to get all the parts and that seems to be more productive since you get experience and money out of all of the mess.

I've already finished this. I did Maize Dungeon cause sketching all the field-bosses is.... ridiculous... And killing a Sandworm........ Also ridiculous. Either way, this part is a walk in the park till you have to find those Medals. *w* Well, good luck peoplez.

The Maize part is the easiest. Here's how you do it:

Run Maize Normal dungeon until you get a Stone Gargoyle boot, glove, and pauldron. Maize Normal dungeon is 1 floor.

Run the pauldron dungeon for a glowing pauldron (3 floors), boot dungeon for a glowing boot (4 floors I believe), and glove dungeon for a glowing glove (5 floors I believe). All of these dungeons are basically the same, just difference in floors. Every even-numbered floor is really short (6-10 rooms). I recommend having a good number of decent party members for these dungeons, to make it go by faster. People with AR and FH are very useful in here, and so are WMers.

Have someone with level 16 exploration or higher put these pieces together into the statue.

Run the statue dungeon. This dungeon is 1 floor. This dungeon is pretty easy, but the King and Queen Slates get bonuses when the other is in the room, so make sure to kill one or the other type as fast as you can. Unless I'm mistaken, there are also fast Stone Zombies in this dungeon (you know, the ones that run as opposed to hobbling at you?). So you need at least 2 good people in this dungeon to cover for the fact that you'll probably have 5-6 people in the dungeon on their elves/giants.

Some people have managed to sketch all the field bosses in a single day, but if you have a guild that's committed to running Maiz that can be a much more profitable experience given the mass exp you'll receive.

The problem is you really need several very strong people on the piece runs or they get kind of ridiculous.

Field Boss Sketching is EASIEST, hands down.

If you have a little common sense, you can easily figure out what to do.

Get a couple friends, and have everyone idle (or explore, or grind or something) in Rano on DIFFERENT channels.

If you can get you, plus 5 other people, you can occupy every channel, and while everyone is busy doing stuff in Rano, if a boss spawns, a person will notice the text, and can easily message all the friends they are helping.

After getting the sketch, head back to your respective channel, and wait some more.

Me and one friend did this ourselves, having occupied two channels, we found field bosses plenty faster then we did when we waited in one channel.

Took about 2~3 days, but we only did it for a few good hours a day, so at most, it could take 24 hours-ish, total.

If you occupy every channel with people who will tell you when a boss spawns, you can probably get all bosses sketched in a fair daily-playtime.

Much more easy then running a dungeon that you can't even complete on your Elf/Giant, 7+ times.

Indeed dungeons are the fastest, but it just gets really boring if youre soloing to get the pieces =/
