I played the tutorial and it was laggy so I have to set it to Low Quality setting and then restarted the game. When I played the tutorial again the ground is now black :py06:. How do I fix it?

Selecting "Reduce client lag" under Graphic options will make the ground black, you have to disable that in order to see the ground once again and then restart the client.

By the way, at the first parts of the game the monsters seem to attack slow. I let them attack me and it takes about 3 seconds before they attack. Is this normal?

On easy mode, yeah.
