Try doing a file check first.
If you've done any client editing, try reverting those files back to a backup-ed version. If you don't have one, try getting someone to upload it for you.
Also, try making sure the fonts "Arial Black" and "MS UI Gothic" are installed and working properly since I believe that's what Lunia uses.

Did you do anything before this that may have caused it to happen? Or did it just appear?

Only thing i did was add more fonts into main font file for something else
...and replaced some.... i guess it became arabic T_T

It's also possible that one of the files that you added in took priority to the original font and is making it show like this. One long method would be to go through the fonts you have installed, find one that looks like this, and delete it.

i think you're right
but the problem is..
there's loads of font that looks very squiggly
erase them all...(?)
