can't load specific stages

for some reason i can't load 1-3 -7 and some raids (such as lowers) in glunia, im wondering if i can load it if i use the data of elunia (i guess it wont, but worth a try, there it works for me)

the main reason for this issue might be that i'm using a mac (you are allowed to hate me for that x_X) and a windows emulator on it

if someone is willing to help me, but needs exact things of mine comp, ill post those

Why would you need to do 1-3 or 1-7? If you just level up in Ramancha Forest you can easily exceed the level necessary to pass that stage.

the main problem is that i dont have the weapon quest and have to grind cm at the end (without a guideline)
*its from 1-3 to 7, besides i cant even load the rf, so i use carps most of the time x.x
