Default New Content Patch Delay

Im using a Vista Comp and every time ther eis a new patch with huge updates i get huge delays and Lag In Lunia forcing me either to System Restore my computer -spend hours praying reinstalling Lunia wont lag or whipe out the memory to factory settings.
What should i do?

Nope it still didnt work im still lagging The computer im using is a Compaq Vista and yet i still lag.

Have you tried defragmenting? Patches usually cause a lot of fragmentation and this can slow down game speed considerably.

I suggest you use Defraggler
