I'm pretty sure that I clarified that we were supposed to fight at 21:00 (9:00pm). Is there a way we can reschedule my match? Or I guess bad communication is a valid reason to DQ me...

Drop out or disqualify - either way you still left the tournament.

I'm not even sure how many mini-events we're going to have. Enthusiasm in this thing is falling rapidly and I'm not going to ask our staff to give up their time if no one cares. There isn't anything scheduled this week.
