Default IJJI problems.
Alright, so, I tried opening the reactor yesterday, and it simply would not work. Why? XML Error. So, that resulted in me trying to access the website for some... insight. Well, the website didn't work. Every time I try to access it, it simply errors, saying it's either down or it "might have been moved to a new domain". However, that's not the case, at all.

Can anyone offer some information on this problem?
