Lv 30 Family guest RB book?

Story - My friend and I decided to check out Lunia because there's not much to do right now, and well, we got to 30...but...We kind of went a little crazy with skill experimenting and were hoping for the rebirth to help us out.

A quick/minor question regarding the book -
We get it at level, right? Any waiting time? We both didn't get the book, instead, we got a box with 3 dragon flutes that last for 30 days, instead of the book. Potion box, Dragon summon box, and the 30 day Vacation Bag box.
According to a few charts and things, the dragon box 'should' be the RB box instead.

Just curious, might need to restart...
Oh well, whatever happens, happens.

That or we'll just hit level 70.

There is no RB book at 30. You have to do EP7 and get it at the end, and that's only if you haven't RBed yet.

I remember I got it on my mule Sieg when I got to level 15 or 30 as a guest in a family, forgot which level though. I'm not sure if you can still get it and if you can, it's probably a pretty low chance.

They removed it around when they added the rb book in episode 7.
