I looked with the search tool, but didn't find anything.

I was wondering if anyone found out if you keep the 85 skill after you rebirth or if you have to go through TI and get another book to get it again.

sidenote, the best way to entrap people to continuously coc with you is to let them obtain these skills. Somehow, these flashy skills motivate people to hit 85 again and again.
