also, is it possible to legally play jLunia as a resident of the united states?

so is there a region block or anything? and is there a difference in unlocking characters there? also, if there is no region block, is there a guide to registering+downloading jLunia?

No difference when comes to unlocking character EXCEPT Dacy, you get her for free. :]

2) buy the license from the cash shop

Well at least Jlunia has F2P and P2P options for secret characters. So I assume that this would be for level 56+ because bapho and it's side-stages are level 56+...well it doesn't sound too hard, unless it involves killing baphomet. O_O
