Anyway....

I think your problem is, that you haven't registered for the forums.
They have a different registration for it, so yeah.

1. Login to your ijji account.
2. Click "sign up" in the forums page.
3. Fill in things.
4. Login to your ijji account again.
5. Go back to forums, and you'll automatically be logged into your forums account.
